Refund & Return Policy
At LumiWing™, we want every order to arrive safely and exactly as expected. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@lumiwing.store.
Returns
Returns may only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after the package has been opened or used.
- Products that have been installed, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
- Packages that were successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If a return is approved, the customer must provide valid return tracking or proof of shipment before a refund can be processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your LumiWing™ arrives damaged, defective, or does not work properly, please contact us with photos or video showing the issue.
Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive at the correct shipping address provided during checkout, please contact our support team so we can investigate the shipment.
If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for orders delivered incorrectly because the customer entered the wrong or incomplete address.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.
